What’s Covered?
Our warranty covers the main box (bin) and lid of your BuddyCool cooler box for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

If your cooler box experiences any loss of functionality due to a manufacturing fault, we’ll either repair it at no cost or replace the box entirely—all within reasonable usage terms.

What’s Not Covered?
Please note that spare parts such as:
Latches
Handles
Plugs
Rope or straps
are not covered under this warranty but can be replaced or serviced as needed at standard part pricing.

Please note: Any changes or modifications to the cooler will void the warranty.
